Ava Sliding Door B - 4 Tiles - for The Sims 2

This is a 4to2 conversion from Mincsims, low poly. This door is 4 tiles wide, I made it using as a cloning base the barn door from the Industrial Loft Kit by Lordcrumps. It doesn't have a diagonal version so I made just the standard one (if someone can link me to a 4 tiles door with a digonal version I will be happy to add it afterwards). It comes in 6 colors.

Functional 4-tile Gates And Matching Fences

This is a set of 3 functional 4-tile gates and matching fences converted from Sims 4.

The gates function as normal gates: make a cutout in fence, are lockable and are also animated (a big thank you goes to @pforestsims for making it possible by editing the animation skeleton and to @episims for adjusting the routing).

The last wrought iron gate/fence set is converted from here (selected colors only).

Compressed, clearly labelled, picture and collection file are included.

So... do you remeber when I made THIS set of ceramic tile walls and floors? Well, I couldn't help but use those textures again for the new backsplash that comes with the Lovestruck expansion pack!!! 🤩 So, here it is! And what matter the most is that I made it Base Game Compatible! 😉

this project was born from my desire to revamp the in-game catalog. i liked some of ea's meshes, but needed to fine tune them to fit my style. the tile set wouldn't exist without madameria's "basic floor tile" from this incredible set- if you haven't already, check it out. the color palette was inspired by the designs of two companies i've been digging lately, dusen dusen and baggu. bold and clean, but familiar to some of the swatches that can already be found in game. all these pieces are standalone recolors. i'm not sure what the interest is in overrides for the game but maybe one day i'll release a mega catalog rework that hides ea's items and replaces their stuff with my own. if i goofed on something give me a holler, i checked everything over but it's a big set so you never know! p.s. click on the image for a clearer view, there's lots of details to this preview and it's designed a bit differently from my usual setup. download (patreon, free)
